- 1 / 5By Faye BartonGiving them a 2nd chance was a bad decision. Their driver is physically incapable of being on time. It's always at least 15 minutes late, I have to call just to make sure the special instructions are followed and this time I was MISSING AN ENTIRE LUNCH ORDER. We had to share until the second order arrived 30 minutes later (10 minutes later than we were told) because that was "the best they could do". No compensation, no apologies from anyone for the inconvenience. UNACCEPTABLE. The level of incompetence and lack of customer care of these people is astounding. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.September 30, 2016
